Only two years and nearly three months

After only two years and nearly three months "The Bookshop" is finally finished.
Personally I can hardly believe it and I must say it is a bitter-sweet feeling.
Of course I'm thrilled it's finished but after the first euphoria I'm a little sad to say goodbye to a dear friend.

The piece will be on its way to Las Vegas by the end of the week where a good friend will be mounting it and helping me pick a frame.
After that it will be waiting for our son to come and get it (very soon).
